Welcome to the forum, guys and gals!
Well, here's a first attempt at creating a message board for the 4th Service Command members. I'm sure it will go through a few changes before I get all the kinks worked out, so if you have any suggestions, be sure to drop me a PM or an email, and I'll try to make the forum as easy to use as you want!
Also, if you're not a 4th SC member, you are welcome here, anyway...we want to hear from all of you reenactors, military and civilian, far and wide!

Greetings
Rob,
This is great, should help in passing on any info. Just have to remeber to log on and check it regularly. I will work on posting some dates on the calendar soon. Lets plan on meeting at 0700 on Saturday here at musuem, load up, and move to Keystone and setup. Going to try and do 2 firing demos on Saturday and maybe Sunday. See you on Saturday.

Sounds great, Greg. I also heard from Billy Taylor in Fernandina that he and Frank O'feldt are going to be there Saturday also...we'll be there at the museum at 7 am on Saturday to help load up. I'm hoping that Jim, Russ and the others will make contact here soon!

Rob,
I will get Jim to sign up soon. Been posting some new stuff on the event page. Also can we put the events on the calendar so everyone can see them when they look at calendar. Have tried to figure out how to do that but have had no luck yet.

Cool!
This is some pretty cool stuff. I am quite impressed. You old guys do know how to do stuff! Just kidding, but you did do a good job setting this up. Can't wait for the event on Saturday!

How to put events on calendar
Rob,
Do you know how to have our upcoming events added to the calendar. Can not seem to figure out how to put them on the calendar, if you can. I see that everyone's birthday is added to the calendar should be able to put other things on their. Let me know if find out how to do that.
Thanks
Greg

Re: Welcome to the forum, guys and gals!
Greg,
You should be able to add that info at the bottom of a new event posting; I added the one's that you put on here earlier this week, to the calendar. You may have to post it initially, re-open it, then use the "edit" button on the post and scroll down to the bottom, where there is an "add to calendar" data field.
Let me know if it works for you.

Russ,
Greg wants our crew to be at the museum at 7 am Saturday, to load up the stuff...I guess that'll put us getting to the airport at around 7:45 or 8:00...and it's gonna be REALLY cold Saturday morning!

Very nice setup. And I suppose that I am going to get kitted up Saturday and Sunday. I need some volunteer hours.

Adding to calendar
Rob,
I do not see the add to calendar button that you said to look for. Must have to have special rights to do that. See you tomorrow.
